A collection by the publishers, Mentora, created in 1926, which publishes titles by Catalan authors and translated works. The collection carries the sub-heading "novel·les per homes" (novels for men), and is thus in contrast to the collections Biblioteca Damisel·la and Biblioteca Neus which address a female readership. Vicente Blasco Ibáñez, Cèsar August Jordana, William J. Locke and Josep Pous i Pagès were some of the authors published.
