Aldavert, Pere, 1850-1932

Pere Aldavert i Martorell (Barcelona, 1850-1932) was a journalist and one of the most active and important voices of the Catalan nationalist movement. A close friend of Àngel Guimerà, in 1871 he founded the magazine, La Renaixensa, of which he and the playwright became directors in 1881. One of his works is Nòs amb nòs (1904).
