Teaching and courses

The Biblioteca de Catalunya (BC) offers several modalities of visits  and sessions aimed at a school and university public, with the intention  of promoting the knowledge of the BC and the cultural legacy that is  preserved in it.

Teaching sessions are held at the headquarters at  the Hospital Street or at the Arxiu Joan Maragall and include a guided  tour around the building.

In the headquarters in the Hospital Street the visits take place during the opening hours of the Library. In the Arxiu Joan Maragall, on Mondays and Wednesday from 9am to 2pm. (Depending on the availability).

The  visits last between forty-five minutes and one and a half hour, and  they are for free. Groups should preferably be between 5 and 25 people.
