Conditions

Each request of authorization will be evaluated according to the requirements and specific purpose.
The company/institution will assume costs of occupation (cleaning, cooling, use of computer equipment and PA systems, etc.) indicated for each space and will sign the agreement for temporary loan. In some specific cases, if the activity is regarded as relevant or interesting to the library, will be considered the exemption of payment of these costs.
There will be BC personnel during the event, when the library considers it appropriate. The cost of these personnel will be assumed by the company/institution which will use the venue. The cost will be established according to price/hour of the specific job category.

Services included: regular consumption of electricity, basic cleaning, technical staff for installations' start up, library's responsible for the area, PA system (five desktop microphones, one wireless and 12 output press rack), projector, screen and DVD player, wired or wi-fi Internet connection. Any other service is provided by the person or entity requesting the space.
Normal tax:
Up to 3 hours: 340,85 euros.
Up to 6 hours: 681,60 euros.
Tax reduction:
Up to 3 hours: 170,45 euros.

Capacity: 120 people (100 people seated and 20 standing).
Services included: regular consumption of electricity, basic cleaning, technical staff for installations' start up, library's responsible for the area, PA system(three desktop microphones, one wireless and 12 output press rack). Previous notice, projector, screen and wi-fi Internet connection are possible. Any other service is provided by the person or entity requesting the space.
Optional services: previous notice, use of the musical instruments located in the room (grand piano Pleyel Nr 30F856, that belonged to Enrique Granados; pianola Melville Clark, with mechanical and electrical APOLLO mechanism; harpsichord of 38 keys, reproduction according to historical models of the sixteenth century).

Up to 6 hours: 1.067,90 euros.
Tax reduction:

Previous notice, projector, screen and wi-fi Internet connection are possible. Any other service is provided by the person or entity requesting the space.
Optional services: previous notice, use of the baby grand piano located in the room.
