Information Technology Area (ATI)
Tasks and functions
It manages, plans and maintains the computer and communications network. It develops specific software and utilities and implements corporate applications from the Generalitat. It contributes to the development of digital preservation.
History
It was born in 1995 of the Decree 300/1995 of structure of the Biblioteca de Catalunya, once the library was an autonomous organization and decided to have its own IT services.
