Digitization
Tasks and functions
It manages the digitization of documents to give answer to users and exhibitions requests. It digitizes and makes available the heritage collections at the cooperative repositories ARCA and MDC. It contributes to the development of the digital preservation and to set digitization guidelines and procedures up.
History
It was created in 1996 when the digitization became generalized in the library. It assumes and extends the functions of the former reprography workshop, which was previously part of other units/services of the library.
